You have been officially PIMPED!

The Big Guy taught the Little Guy how to "pop the collar" ala Pimp My Ride. I told the Big Guy that I don't really want Jake to walk around all ghetto.. but I must admit, it's cute :). When Daddy goes "Jake, pop the collar", Jake snaps his shirt. It's too cute! When Daddy goes "Jake, 'sup!", Jake crosses his arms. Ahh...too adorable to hate. Next thing I'll see, Jake is walking the walk. Scary scary thought. Cute but scary.

What is more important? Performance of Perceived Value? That's the lesson I learned lately...and somehow, as sad as it is, most of the time it's how people perceive you. It doesn't matter if you are good at what you do, or if you have the skills to be an edge above the rest. If you are perceived as one way, you are screwed for life.
