Is tomorrow D-Day?
Tomorrow (7/15) is supposedly when we should hear the fate of the Big Blue M! If you ask me, The Big Bullseye totally screwed us over...but that's another conversation in and of itself. Are we really going to hear our fate tomorrow? We shall see...
Last night, The Big Guy was so sweet! We knew the minute we drive off from M&D's, the Little Guy would fall asleep so The Big Guy decided to drive around. I was thinking it was just going to be the usual drive around the block until Jake is asleep but no...he said he wanted to drive all the way to Palo Alto. "Palo Alto?" I asked..he said yes. He said he wanted to drive down University Avenue and at the same time, treat me to Cold Stone Creamery for my much-wanted Mudpie Mojo. I was so happy :). See, it doesn't take much to make me happy. Thanks, Big Guy. We got home with my ice cream half-empty and I kept some in the freezer to enjoy later today.
We FINALLY got our wedding album. Don't jock! I know it's been 2 years but... but... ok so we lagged. It was hard to narrow down the pictures, on top of putting it in order and making sure what was important was included...aiyayayayay!! But Annie did such a wonderful job - it was DEFINITELY worth the wait.
Met up with the N@W girls on Saturday since A&A are in town. We had lunch at Applebees and met up with M who was nice enough to drive all the way to Union City from American Canyon. Little A was taking a nap on the way to the restaurant and by the time we got there, Jake was the one who was ready for his. Ahh! It was such a production to tend to the little boys plus share stories, etc.... It was a great meeting though. Thanks for lunch, M :).
The Big Guy, Jake and I spent the night at the IL's over the weekend after Joseph's 3rd Power Ranger Birthday Party. Jake was fast asleep by the time we got to AC, so we were able to go on a "Date" and watch Fahrenheit 9/11. Oh my goodness did that movie keep my interest or what? It was a very interesting movie I tell yah. My MIL will not watch it since the movie practically bashes Bush ;). Just kidding, Mom E! I highly recommend it - go watch it people!
The business propositions are still in 'negotiations'.. I'll advise once E & I have finalized details.
My current obsessions:
- Still the nail/cuticle creams
- Updated poncho
- My cute pants
Toodles people! Take care of each other!
