My day to play...
The boss is out today...which means it's my play day :).
It's 11:10am and Es and I have not done one productive email yet. I have nothing urgent...nothing that can't wait until Monday anyway. Really though, all of this uncertainty surrounding the Blue M and what the fate of the company would be is making a lot (and I mean a LOT!) of people bitchy, whiney, unhappy and not to mention stressed. The article from Wall Street Journal wasn't all that promising, but then the optimistic in some of us thinks it's a good thing. I guess the way my mind works is, I'd rather anticipate the worst to happen and if it doesn't, it's just an added bonus. There's all these speculations as to who wants to buy us, what they want to do with us, etc... Too many information going around that it's driving people mad.
I'm so Friendster-ed out. Lately I've been getting weird "will you be my friend" invitations. Um.. no! Eww! C and I were so bored we decided to check other people's Friendsters.
So I have one pet peeve....these Asian girls who pose with their boobies almost exposed. I don't get it. And you put it up for the whole world to see? I just don't get it! Ok so I have a lot of issues - sue me. Maybe I'm just getting old. I don't know. Will I ever understand it? I doubt. I'm just glad I'm conservative. Yeah you read it right - I AM!!! Actually, I'm downright boring if you really want to know the truth. Right now, my Anthropologie pants are actually (for me) very out there...I'm expanding my fashion sense. But I'm happy being conservative. Atleast you will never hear anyone say "Hey, I saw your boobies on Friendster!" These girls - ahhh... I cringe at the thought. BUT DON'T HATE...! I'm just saying what I think. Ya'll do what makes you happy. Hooch around for all I care. But none of ya'll will get near my Jake 18 years from now!
